ALL ABOUT US
Copper Crest Home Services was originally established in 2006. The company was purchased in 2019 by Troy and Lisa Hilberg who have been residents in the Upper County since 2013 from the North Bend area. Our small business is like family and we are comprised of 4 full time maintenance/landscaping staff members, 1 carpenter, 1 cleaning/vacation rental manager, 1 office administrator and 6 to 8 cleaners. We are a full service, one stop shop for all your needs. If we do not have an immediate answer for you, we promise to work hard to find you the appropriate answer or direct you to the proper point of contact.
Troy and Lisa have four children, Conner 19, Mason 18, Payton 15 and Zayne 10. Troy is also the head football coach for Cle-Elum Roslyn High School and enjoys coaching football in the fall. You will often times see their two oldest sons helping the business on the maintenance side of things during school and summer breaks. Their eldest son Conner, attends Lewis & Clark college in Portland, OR where he plays linebacker position for the Pioneers!
Mason, their second oldest plays running back for Cle Elum Roslyn High School and also runs track. Mason thoroughly enjoys hanging out with his friends and working on his truck.
Payton, is the only girl and is quite the fun loving miracle. She enjoys volleyball every fall. She originally was born without a diaphragm and lived on life support for five years before becoming decanulated (tracheostomy). This is when we had made the decision to move to Cle Elum as we loved the snow, hiking, fishing, hunting and everything this town had to offer. It was here where we fell in love with this community and where they supported us through many hardships with Payton. Payton developed bacterial meningitus and lost her hearing, developed a brain injury and now has tourette syndrome due to the meningitis. Payton is an integral part of this family and you may see her helping clean homes from time to time or dropping off supplies to the employees. She is very social and loves to help her family. Be sure to say hi to Miss Pay if you see her out and about with our staff.
Lastly, Zayne is our most precarious fun loving boy who is a sports fanatic like his dad and brothers. He knows every player in the NFL and enjoys, football, basketball and baseball.
We appreciate you taking the time to read our story and why we work to establish relationships with our clients, you are not just another number to us! We hope you will reach out to us with any questions and we truly look forward to working with you.
